Timetable changes from Sunday 24 September

From Sunday 24 September, new Unilink timetables will come into effect. These will include the following improvements:
U1 - Revised timetable with an earlier bus from the City Centre at 0517 on Saturdays and Sundays to the Airport. Buses from the Airport at 2045, 2145 and 2245 every day will continue beyond the Civic Centre to West Quay and NOCs. There will also be a later bus at 0010 every day from Airport to City Centre.
U2 - Revised timetable with reliability improvements mostly on Monday through to Fridays during term time.
U6 - Revised timetable with all journeys rerouted from Civic Centre to the new bus interchange on the south side of Central Station to improve connections to/from trains. However, this is not quite completed so buses will temporarily run to the north side of the station until the new facility opens. The U6 will no longer serve NOCs in the evening - this will be served by the U1 instead. Earlier buses will run from General Hospital to City at 0607 (Monday to Friday) and 0612 (Saturdays) with an extra journey between 0800 & 0900.
Don't forget, our new circular U8 service is now on the road and the new U7 route will be starting soon... (Monday 25 September)
