Lost something on board?
All items that are found by or handed to drivers on board our buses, such as laptops, phones, wallets, umbrellas, clothing or books will be processed and stored securely at our Bluestar travel shop located at 14 Bargate Street in Southampton City Centre (close to Westquay Shopping Centre). They are open:
Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Saturday 10am - 2pm.
Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
To save you making a potentially unnecessary journey, if you think you have left something on board, please feel free to message us on facebook with a description of the item, when you think you might have lost the item, which service(s) you travelled on, and a contact number/email address and we can see if it has been logged and is available for collection.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours to process lost property, longer at weekends/bank holidays.
