Lost something on board?
All items that are found by or handed to drivers on board our buses, such as laptops, phones, wallets, umbrellas, clothing or books, will be processed and stored securely at our Bluestar travel shop located in Castle Way, Southampton - next to bus stop BD. For smartphones, we may require you to enter your PIN to unlock the phone to verify that you are the owner.
They are open:
Monday to Friday from 9:30am - 5pm.
Closed weekends and Bank Holidays.
To save you making a potentially unnecessary journey, if you think you have left something on board, please feel free to message us on facebook with a description of the item, when you think you might have lost the item, which service(s) you travelled on, and a contact number/email address and we can see if it has been logged and is available for collection.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours to process lost property, longer at weekends/bank holidays.
If you do not collect your item within 28 days, your item will be disposed of. Electronic items (including smartphones) are collected by ITC Reverse, they will run a check to ensure the items are not reported lost or stolen. Once this is confirmed, they undergo data wiping and auditing.
