From Friday 15 May 2009, Uni-link U1C and U6C will be diverted slightly after 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights only, due to the enforced closure of a section of Above Bar in Southampton city centre to all traffic.

Both routes will drop off outside the Police Station on Havelock Road instead of opposite the Civic Centre on Civic Centre Road. This stop is just a short walk around the corner. Pick-ups out of the city will not be affected.

No other buses or stops, or journeys on the above routes outside of these times, will be disrupted.
