94% Customer Satisfaction

Unilink is operated along side Bluestar bus Go South Coast in partnership with the University of Southampton for students, but also for residents and visitors of Southampton itself.

Every month we have a mystery shopping report conducted across our services measuring the condition of our buses, standard of our roadside information as well as the customer service our drivers provide. They take snapshot of our customers experiences when they travel with us, and our aim is to reach 100% satisfaction.

Our scores recently have been very pleasing and growing, this month we scored a fantastic 94% for the second month in a row, and an overall 91% for the year.

We’re continuing to work hard to ensure the services we provide are of the highest quality and that the levels of satisfaction continues to increase.
